Moroccan Tasty Chicken Tagine Dish

Ingredients:-


Half to 1 KG of Chicken Medium Cut

1 Chopped Onion - Long Medium Thin Slices

8 - 9 Dried Plums

2 TBSP Golden Raisins

9 - 10 Green/Brown Olives

Some Freshly Chopped Coriander or Parsley

3 - 4 Crushed Garlic Clove

1 Green Chilli Chopped

5 - 6 TBSP Olive Oil

1 Sliced Tomato

2 TBSP Sugar

1 TBSP Cinnamon Powder

Half TBSP Salt

1.5 TBSP Coriander Powder

2 Teaspoons of Turmeric Powder

Half TBSP Paprika Powder

2 Teaspoons of  Black-Pepper

Half TBSP Ginger Powder

Half TBSP Cumin Powder

2 Teaspoons of Red Chili Powder.

1 TAGINE POT or use a Normal Non-Stick Pan that can be covered but Tagine Pot is highly recommended

Recipe For Moroccan Chicken Tagine


Preparation:-


Finally you need this tagine pot you can get this from Morocco if you go to Morocco or you can get this from your local shop anyways if you don't have this you can just cook it in a normal point. First of all add all oil in pot but the oil is heated up you will add all the onions in give them like three to four minutes until they are like soft. The onions are like soft now add the garlic and let it go for another two minutes. Now add the chicken there you go and just mix it all now add all the spices in just on the top give it a nice mix.

Add sliced tomatoes on top of it now add the green chilies olives now just add some coriander guys now it's time to cover our Tagine. Now let it cook on like low heat for 30 minutes. Here we go to cover the tagine here while the tagine is cooking get yourself a small pan and add 1/2 glass of water and in that add sugar cinnamon powder okay and let it cook  guys when the water starts simmering you will add the dried plums and golden raisins okay here we go get out from the heat when there is like a small kind of sauce and the raisins and Detroit plums are ready.

Now Uncover the tagine and just cook for another 5 minutes on high heat until the water gets dried. Just mix it all the tomatoes and other stuff the Tagine is ready now I'm just gonna add the dried plums and the arrays into tagine sprinkles the raisins and pour the remaining sauce on them.
